Hyderabadi Khatti chutney

Ingredients
1/2 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted1/2 cup Sesame Seeds, roasted3 cloves Garlic4-5 whole red chillis1/2 cup tamarind juice1/2 tbsp mustard seeds1/2 tbsp cumin seeds8-10 curry leavesSalt to taste
Directions
1. Grind all ingredients till it becomes a fine paste. Add water if paste becomes too thick to grind.
2. In a small pan, heat oil. Add mustard & cumin seeds and curry leaves. Allow to sputter.
3. Turn off heat and then add grinded paste to pan.

Makes about 10 servings.
