Oriental Salad

1 head cabbage, chopped4 cups sugar snap peas1 green pepper, diced2 stalks celery, diced8 green onions, thinly sliced1 cup slivered almonds1 cup sunflower seeds4 Tbsp. sesame seeds2 packages Ramen noodle soup (oriental or chicken flavored)1 cup olive oil6 Tbsp. sugar4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Cut up veggies and set aside. In a small bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packet (from Ramen noodles). Mix well and add to vegetables. Toss well and refrigerate to allow flavors to mix. In a small bowl, mix together the almonds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Coarsely crush up noodle from Ramen soup and add to nuts/seeds. Put a lid on the nuts/seeds mixture and set aside. Fifteen minutes before serving salad, add nuts/noodle mix to salad and toss well. Serves 24.
