Ingredients
6 Egg Whites1 Cup Old-Fashioned Oatmeal1 Cup FF Cottage Cheese2 Splenda PacketsBlueberries (Optional)
Directions
Blend egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese, and splenda in a food processor.

Heat griddle pan with a few sprays of non-stick cooking spray. Using a 1/4 cup measure, spoon batter on to hot griddle. Place 4-6 blueberries on each pancake. Cooks for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve with warm, sugar-free syrup
