Ingredients
2 cups diced rhubarb, (fresh or frozen) 2 cupswhole wheat flour, 0.5 cup nonfat milk, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp b. powder, 1.5 cups packedbrown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract4 Tbsp becel margerinecoconutcinnamon
Directions
Pour into 9x13 greased pan, sprinkle coconut and cinnamon on top, bake for 40 min at 350,
