Chicken Veggie Stir Fry/Stew

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil1 can tomato soup 1 cup cut up green pepper,red pepper, yellow pepper 1/2 cup mushroom pieces1/4 cup onion cut up1 cup cut up brocolli and caulifower pieces13 oz cut up cooked chicken
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Heat oil in skillet, brown chicken if not already cooked or heat cooked chicken. Set aside. Add all of the veggies and stir fry. Readd chicken. Add tomato soup and add one can of water. Simmer 10- 15 mins till soup thickens.
