Oatmeal Custard Breakfast

Ingredients
1/4 cup liquid egg whites1/2 cup skim milk2 Tablespoons oldfashioned rolled oatsdash of salt1/4 teaspoon ground cinnaon1 packet truvia natural sweetener1/4 teaspoon vanilla or maple extract (optional)Fresh fruit
Directions
whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 12 minutes or until custard thickens. Do not boil. After removing from heat stir in 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla exract or maple extract if desired

Top with fresh fruit if desired.
