Cabbage Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Cabbage - 3 cups choppedZucchini - 3 cups peeled and cut in bite size piecesCarrots - 1 cup sliced Celery - 1 cup dicedOnions - 1 large onion sliced1 Can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 3 Cups of WaterSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients in a deep pan and cook on Med Hi until the carrots are tender. Aproximately 45 minutes
Makes 8 - 1 cup servings

Any kind of vegetable can be added to this.
