Healthy Turkey Taco Filling

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey1 large onion, finely chopped1 large pepper, finely chopped1 cup fresh mushroom slices4 Jalepeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)3 cloves crushed garlic (optional)2 tsp taco seasoning1 tbsp cayenne pepper (or chipotle optional)1/2 cup water
Brown the turkey in a large ungreased sauce pan
Add the onion and sautee
Drain any excess fat
Add the remaining fresh ingredients
Sautee for a couple minutes
Add the water and remaining ingredients
Mix well
Boil off the water
Let cool 5 minutes and serve.
