Broccoli, Cauliflower, & Onion Salad

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunchCauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 cupCider Vinegar, .25 cupSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp*Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp
Directions
Cut up one small head of cauliflower, 1-1 1/2 bunches of broccoli, one medium red onion, put together in a bowl. Add sour cream, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, & any other spices to taste. Enjoy!

Approximately 7-8 one cup servings.
