Whole Wheat Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
Ole Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 servingRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, thin/small Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 tspMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 28 grams *Ragu Mushroom Pasta Sauce, .12 cup
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Heat olive oil in saute pan, put spinach in the olive oil till wilted, add garlic saute a minute more. Remove from heat. Place tortilla on cookie sheet in heated oven for about 3 minutes on each side to crisp. Don't leave to long they burn quick. After the tortilla is a bit crisp remove from oven. Start with the tomato sauce, I used Ragu about 2 tbsp in center of tortilla spread around to about a half inch from edge. Layer veggies top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven till cheese is melted.
One serving or cut it in half and share.
