Peanut Butter Cake with Chocolate Frosting

2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cups cake flour3 tsp baking powder1/2 cup reduced fat or natural peanut butter (i used Natural)1 cup packed brown sugar (i used splenda brown sugar blend)1 tsp vanilla extract2 large eggs1 egg white3/4 cup fat free milkFrosting:1 1/3 cups powdered sugar6 tbsp lowfat margarine or butter1/2 cup cocoa powder1 tsp vanilla5 tsp fat free milk
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 13x9 baking dish with spray. In a medium bowl combine flour and baking powder, set aside.. in a large bowl add applesauce, then brown sugar, then vanilla, then eggs, then egg white, then milk, then flour mixture. Beat 3 minutes after every ingredient. Bake for 20-25 minutes until springs back.
Frosting:
Combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk. If too thick add more milk
