Hot Chicken Wing Substitute

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked2 sweet potatoes, cut into thin slicesonion, choppedgarlic, choppedcurry powderYour choice hot wing sauce1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup water
Directions
Cook frozen chicken breasts in a frying pan and 1 cup water. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper and a sprinkle of salt. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Remove chicken from broth and set on cutting board to cool. Add sweet potatoes to pan and cook until tender. Cut up chicken into small pieces and add to pan. Sprinkle with curry powder and drizzle hot wing sauce over chicken and potatoes. Add your favorite bag of frozen vegetables to mixture. Add water and brown sugar and cook until bubble. Enjoy!
