Lima Bean Soup

Ingredients
12 oz baby lima beans1 onion diced1 1/2 cup diced carrots2 cups diced red potatoes2 chicken breasts diced3 cups FF chicken broth
Directions
Soak beans overnight; drain and rinse again. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Use a potato masher, mash some of the beans & potatoes. Stir well. Makes 6 servings.
