Healthier Cornbread

Ingredients
Cornmeal, 1 cup Flour, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, 1/3 cup, unpackedBaking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, 3/4 tsp Kretschmer Toasted Wheat Bran, 1/4 cupNonfat Milk, 1 cup Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 2 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/4 cup
Directions
Heat oven to 425
Sift all 5 dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, butter.
Mix wet & dry ingredients together.
Spray a 8" bake pan with non-stick spray.
Spoon into pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Slice into 9 servings pieces
