Asian Vegetable Salad with Apricot Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup tamari1/4 cup rice vinegar1/4 apricot preserves1 T. minced ginger2 tsp. chinese 5 spice powderbaby cornsnow peasbean sproutscarrotswater chestnutsred pepper
Directions
1. First mix the first five ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Next chop the remaining ingredients and add to a bowl of mixed greens and add dressing and serve.
