Taco salad for one

Ingredients
3 cups iceberg lettuce1 cup diced peppers (any you like)1 tomato diced1/3 cup veggie ground round1-2 tsp. Taco seasoning(powder)onion flakes1 oz. grated low fat cheeseKraft Catalina Dressing (light done right- 15 cal.per Tbsp) so I use 2 -3 Tbls.)
Directions
Put everyting in a bowl and toss. Makes 1 serving.
You can add a broken white cheddar rice cake or 1/3 cup kidney or black beans to this but add the extra 40 calories! for each!
