Low Fat Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cans Tuna in water1/4 cup sugar-free sweet relish2 Tablespoons grated onion1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup fat free cottage cheeseSalt & pepper
Directions
Drain tuna & flake into bowl.
Place relish in a clean dishrag & squeeze out all liquid until you have 1/4 cup of dry relish. Add to bowl. Squeeze cottage cheese in the same rag until you have 1/2 cup of dry curds. Add to bowl. Add onion, sour cream, salt & pepper to bowl. Stir well & refrigerate.
