Italian Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
3 oz of chicken, marinate in balsamic vinegar8 oz (half a package) of whole wheat pasta - I use rotini, but anything is fine1 tbsp diced onions1/4 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (or red wine vinegar, if you'd rather have that taste)1/4 tsp of Dijon Mustard1 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese1/2 tbsp of fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions
Brown the chicken either in a pan or on a grill. If you want, you can also cook the onions and the garlic together for a few minutes as well. Then, just mix everything together and refrigerate overnight!
