* *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup * Milk, 0.5 cup * Water, tap, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Smoked Salmon 5 oz * Parsley, 3 tbsp
Makes 2 good sized servings
First mix flour, milk, water and eggs in a bowl until they make a firm dough.
Then bring a medium pot of water to a boil, you will want it about half full.
When water comes to a boil put dough on a small cutting board and using knife scrap small amounts of dough into the pot.
When all dough is in pot let it cook for 3 minutes.
Then crush salmon into small pieces and sprinkle into spatzle do same with parsley.
You can also make it like macaroni and cheese by making a cheese sauce and pouring that over it..
