Dough2 c. white flour reserve (1/2 cup for rolling dough)1/2 tsp powdered garlic1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp oregano1/3 cup water plus 2 tblsp1/2 c. egg beatersBroth14 c chicken broth (I make my own)2 c carrots diced2 c. celery chopped1 c. onions diced2 cups cooked chicken diced2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp dried parsley
Cook chicken(whole) adding enough water to get 14 cups of broth.Remove chicken( let cool slightly) and strain broth placing in large pot. Add: celery,'carrots, onions and seasonings for broth. Dice up 2 cups of chicken and add to broth. Bring to a slow boil and check vegtables for tenderness. Make dough see below.
For the dough I use a processor. Place dry ingredient in processor and pulse just to mix, now add all the egg beaters, turn on processer and add water to form your dough. It will form into a ball but dont leave it on too long or it will touhen dough. Place dough on floured surface and roll and cut to desired thickness and shape then add to broth, simmmer for 10 minutes, turn off and let sit 20 minutes before serving. Makes 18 1 cup servings
