Easy Turkey Chili

Ingredients
Ground Turkey 1 lb.Olive Oil 1 TBS.One large Onion One large Green Pepper2 stalks Celery2 cans Diced Tomatoes2 cans Kidney Beans2 cloves Garlic1 package Dry Chili Seasoning MixLousiana Hot sauce, or tabasco Light sour cream
Directions
Heat oil, Brown ground turkey is large skillet, Chop onion pepper and celery into medium chunks, add to browned turkey. Sautee until they start to get tender. A Minced garlic, Tomatoes, Kidney beans and Chili seasoning. Stir until well blended, Reduce heat and Simmer until Veggies are at desired softness. Searve with Tabasco, and light sour cream.
