2 Medium Potatoes, Peeled and Diced1 Small Potato, Peeled and Diced2 Tbsp Minced Garlic2 Tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine1/4 C. 1% MilkSalt & Pepper to taste
Makes 4 Servings
Peel and dice potatoes. Cover with cold water and boil until fork tender. Turn off burner. Drain water off potatoes and return to pot on warm burner. Add minced garlic. When fragrant add butter and milk and begin to mash potatoes. Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
Serve Warm.
