Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) Ready Pac European Spring Mix, 5 ozMandarin Orange slices, canned - Safeway, 1.5 cupWalnuts - Diamond Walnut Halves, 1 cup Ocean Spray, Craisins Cherry Flavor Sweetened Dried Cranberries, 1/3 cup (30g), 4 serving
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Makes 12-1.5 cup servings. Serve with Raspberry Vinegarrette and/or feta/blue cheese.
