Ingredients
Imagine Organic No Chicken Broth 1pkg/4cups1/2 pkg bagged cole slaw1 C broccoli slaw2 TB chopped fresh garlic1 1/2 C egg noodles (measured dry)1/2 tsp. sea salt1/2 tsp. ground black pepper1/2 tsp. dried thyme or 1 1/2 tsp. freshOther herbs to your taste.As noodles cook, you may need to add some water so that your soup has the texture you want.
Directions
It takes hardly any time to prepare this tasty soup. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until it reaches the textures you like.
Use your imagination in seasoning.
If you want a little richer flavor, powdered vegetable stock from the health food store is good. I use unsalted type.
If you want a Vegan soup, simply use noodles that have no eggs.
To increase protein, add tofu, beans, whatever suits your fancy.
Makes about 8 servings of 1 cup each.
