Shrimp & Veggies with Tasty Bite Tikka Masala Sauce

Ingredients
3 Medium Carrots, sliced1 medium onion, 1/2" chop1 medium green bell pepper, 1/2" chop5 oz sliced mushroom6 oz salad sized shrimp1 pouch Tasty Bite Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce3 cups cooked brown rice2 TBS Chutney1 TBS Olive Oil
Directions
Saute veggies in olive oil for 5 minutes

Add Sauce & simmer, covered. Medium low. Stir occasionally. 5 minutes.

Add Shrimp, continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve over brown rice with a TBS of chutney.
