Quinoa-Soy Cereal

Ingredients
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.25 cup, unthawed (remove)Almonds, 0.12 cup, sliced (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 0.5 tsp (remove)Quinoa cooked - 1 cup, 0.33 serving (remove)Silk, Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup, 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Rinse quinoa a few times. Soak in 2.0 times water for 5 min and cook until tender (15 min or so). Add in splenda and cinnamon.
Remove 1/3 cup needed for cereal and store the remaining in the refrigerator.
Mix in blueberries, soymilk, flaxmeal and sliced almonds. Enjoy hot.
