Ingredients
6 cups rolled oats1 cup unsweetened coconut1/4 cup coconut oil1/2 cup maple syrup1 T cinnamon1 T vinilla extract1/2 cup chopped/slivered almonds1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Mix ingredients except for raisins and nuts. Spread out on sheet pan. Bake at 250 F for about an hour stirring 3-4 times. Remove from oven, add raisins and almonds. Store in refrigerator. Serving size about 1/2 cup.
