Protein Powered Peanut Packed Peppy Preparation

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Peanut Butter (I use Woodstock farms Organic Easy Spread Butter)1 1/2 Cup Dry Oats6 scoops of EAS 100% Whey Protein Powder 1 tsp. Vanilla extract1 cup non-fat milk or sub. Soy light vanilla milk1/2 cup bottled water2 Tbsp. Honey
Directions
1. Gather two seperate mixing bowls
2. In one bowl mash the boiled sweet potato, then add water, milk, honey, vanilla, then set aside.
3. In another bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix with fork until mixture looks evenly dispersed.
4. Now combine the two until mixture is thick as desired.
Serve with celery or any other vegetable of your choice.
Makes 20- 2 oz. servings.
