Peach Crumble

Ingredients
2 tins of peaches in natural fruit juice1/2 cup of whole grain flour 1 cup of rolled oats2 tsp of cinnamon1 Tblsp of melted butter3 Tblsp runny honey1/4 cup of water
Directions
Drain the majority of the juice from the peaches, making sure to leave about 1/4 cup aside. Place peaches in a 8" x 6" ( about 3" deep) rectangle oven dish. Put in a oven preheated at 180C. Meanwhile put all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add melted butter and runny honey. Stir making sure the mixture sticks together when touched but is still crumbly. If not sticking together add a bit of water until it does.
Retrieve oven dish with peaches in, pour crumble over the top. Bake for 25-30 mins.
Serves 4 (about 3 Tblespns each)
