rice bread

Ingredients
150gr white rice flour (equivelent to 1 cup)1 cup waterdash of salt1 tsp baking powder
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl
heat a straight non-stick pan
pour 1/4 of a cup in pan
keep on fire for 1 to 2 min or untill dried (optional: you can leave it to take a little color)
using a flat spoon, flip the bread on the other side
keep for another 1 or 2 min...
then put it in a plate...
do same prcess untill all the quantity is cooked.
makes five pieces of bread around 50 gr each.
