Chop up the banana, put everything in a blender and puree until everything is well-mixed.

This sounded SO good! I made mine with what I had on hand - Tropicana Orange-Pineapple for the pineapple juice and raspberries instead of blueberries. Not bad, alittle on the tart side - betting the blueberries would have been sweeter. Will definitely be trying it again - your way! - 7/19/10
