lean ground beef1 can white kidney beans drained and rinsed.5 cup onion diced finely1 Tbs black pepper1 Tbs dried basil.25 cup applesause.25 cup ground flax seed
Directions
mix well form into 12 patties and poke finger into center for even cooking.
Great make ahead for bbq season when placed on plastic wrapped cookie sheet in freezer then into freezer bags for storage.
