Homemade Catalina Dressing

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar2 teaspoons salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon dry mustard1/8 teaspoon paprikagrated onion to taste1/2 cup vinegar2/3 cup ketchup1 cup canola oil
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender and mix. Store in jar in refrigerator.

Makes about 20 2-tbsp servings

    My entire family loves it....I even reduce down the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup and use reduced sugar ketchup. I also have started using white wine vinegar to give it a little more punch. Love the original recipe but tweaked it so husband likes it. - 8/26/13
