Ingredients
2 cups zuchinni & summer squash blend, Italian style, canned1 can diced tomatos w/ basil, garlic, oregano1 green bell pepper, cut in strips1 yellow bell pepper, cut in strips1 cup raw chopped onionMay substitute fresh vegetables if available
Directions
Add together in casserole dish.
Cook in microwave for 5 min., or to desired tenderness.
