Ingredients
16 oz. ground venison2 lrg. eggs,lightly beaten 1/4 cup diced onion1/4 cup diced green pepperSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients until well mixed. form into 5 patties and grill or briol for about 5 minutes per side or until done the way you like. serve alone or on buns. Serves 5
