Ingredients
Beef Sirloin - cut in thin strips - 12 oz2 tlbs oilive oil (or canola oil)1 med onion - quartered1 pkg sliced mushrooms1 can sliced waterchestnuts4 Tlbs teriyaki sauceBean Sprouts
Directions
Stir fry beef in oil. Add all vegetables except bean sprouts. Add the teriyaki sauce. Cook until vegetables are crisp tender. Add bean sprouts during last 5 minutes.

Serve over rice.

    This was delicious and easy to make. I was a little confused about the bean sprouts. Did you mean the water chestnuts ... or were the bean sprouts suppose to be on the ingredient list? I forgot to buy them because they weren't on the list. opps! - 5/9/07
