Ginger chili orange tofu with cabbage and carrots

Ingredients
1 onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 head green cabbage, shredded3 carrots, shredded2 T minced ginger1 1/2 cup orange juice1 cup ketchup1 block firm tofu, cubed1 T chili powderred pepper flakes to taste
Directions
Sautee onions and garlic, then cabbage and carrots until all are soft.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook over low heat for a little while.
Makes 6 servings.
