Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, .25 cup (remove)Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)Beef, round steak, 8 oz (remove)*Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp (remove)*Pepper, white, 1 tbsp (remove)Skyline Cheddar Bread Full, 5 serving
Directions
melt butter, add flour slowly add milk stir until thick, add worcestershire sauce, soy and seasonings. Add beef and leave on heat until all warmed. serve over sliced bread
