5 zucchini, washed and cut into wedges lengthwise1 yellow onion, peeled and sliced2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms1 T. white wine for cooking (I used Holland House brand)1 T. Mrs. Dash, Garlic and Herb2 T. waterFat-free Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Wash and slice the zucchini. Then peel and slice the onion. Place in a large skillet or saute pan coated with fat-free olive oil spray. Add two cups of sliced mushrooms, the Mrs. Dash, the white cooking wine, and the water.
Stir to coat vegetables with seasonings and cover. Cook until veggies are tender to your liking. Stir vegetables occasionally as they cook.
