Soy Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients
Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup Butter, salted, .5 cup Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp Baking Powder, .75 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Ener-G Egg Replacer 1.5 tsp, 1 serving *West Soy Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk, 0.187 cup Soy Flour, 1.25 cup, stirred *Raw sugar, 24 tsp (remove)*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 12 tsp (remove)Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp
Directions
Mix softened butter w peanut butter then add egg replacer and mix thoroughly. Add rest of ingredients and then let dough rest for 10 min to make it more manageable. Drop by the tablespoon full onto parchment paper cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 10 min.
