Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/2 cup Cooked Snow Crab (shells removed, meat chopped, NOT imitation)1/2 cup Shrimp (boiled & chopped)1 scallion (green onion, chopped)2 cloves Garlic (minced)1/4 cup breadcrumbs1/8 cup parkay spray butter3/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese16 white button mushrooms (stems removed)
Directions
Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Stuff each mushroom with mixture and bake in a glass dish sprayed with cooking spray at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until mushrooms start to soften and cheese is melted.
