Ingredients
BrocoliGreen peasFrozen spinachboiled mashed potatoesBread crumbs, preferably the healthier versionSalt and pepper to tasteOptional- garlic, cumin or coriander powder, green chilies.
Directions
Cut potatoes and broccoli into small chunks and boil along with green peas and spinach in small amount of water. When cooked, drain the excess water and add salt pepper, bread crumbs and the optional ingredients if desired.. Make into small patties and shallow fry in a pan using very small amount of oil.
Tis makes approx. 12-13 patties/ kababs
