Braised Sirloin Tips

Ingredients
2 lbs. sirloin beef1 onion sliced1 pepper sliced1 8 oz. container of sliced baby bella mushrooms2 cups beef stock1/2 c. red wine4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions
Brown beef in a tbsp. of olive oil. Once browned, add stock, wine & worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer covered for 60 minutes. Separately cook onions, mushrooms & peppers in skillet until the onions are carmelized. Add that mixture into the beef at the end. Serve over rice of your choice. Rice is not figured into the calories of this recipe.
