2 cups of a spring greens salad mixA sprinkling of unroasted pumpkin seeds, about 20-301 tbsp of your favorite oil and vingegar dressing (mine is Kraft Greek dressing, with a touch of feta cheese)*Optional is to add a sprinkle of crumbled feta.
Measure out salad and sprinkle seeds over top. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat. Optional, add some crumbled feta to the salad, but if you're tracking calories, be sure to add it to your food tracker, ingredient is not listed.
