Low carb breakfast bites

Ingredients
6-large eggsCrumbled cooked bacon, sausage and ham (or anyone you pick)Shredded cheeseDiced onions, peppers or tomatoes (optional)Mini muffin pan
Directions
Place a teaspoon of meat into each cup of the muffin pan
Then add your choice of veggies
Beat eggs in a liquid measuring cup with a spout
Pour egg mixture just a little over half way (eggs will puff up)
Top with shredded cheese
Bake in the oven 350 for about 10-12 minutes (watch so they don’t burn)
Let cool, wrap each in plastic wrap. Heat as needed refrigerate the rest.
