Swiss Traeger Low Carb Chicken

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts (prepackaged from Costco) 2 slices Swiss cheese4 slices of Salami2 tbls of Costco Poultry seasoning (Kirkland Quick Mesquite Seasoning)
Directions
2 servings 4.4 carbs each

Preheat grill to 350 degrees using Alder Pellets if using a Traeger Pellet Grill

Wash chicken breasts

Rub each breast with Olive Oil

Sprinkle with seasoning (pre-portion to avoid over seasoning it does have minimal sugar)

Place on grill approx 7 minutes per side

Approx 5 minutes before taking off the grill add two slices of Salami to each breast and one slice Swiss cheese.

Pull off grill and serve. Can add Ranch dressing as a dipping sauce but be sure to add in the extra carbs.

A quick staple for those on a low carb diet.
