Cucumber (with peel), 225 grams (remove)Water, tap, 250 mL (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Onions, raw, 50 grams (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 30 grams (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 25 grams (remove)*Red capsicum, 25 gram(s) (remove)Parsley, 20 grams (remove)Hunts diced tomatos, 411 gram(s) (remove)*Wine Vinegar - Maille 1 tbsp/15ml, 3.5 tbsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
wash all veg, coarsley chop cucumber and garlic put in a bowl add tinned tomatos, water, vinegar salt and pepper and blend till smooth. finely chop onion peppers and parsley stir in to blended mixture and refridgerate.
