Blueberry pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Whole wheat flour2 tsp Baking Powder2 tbsp Splenda3/4 tsp Salt1 1/2 cups 1% milk2 tbsp egg white substitute1 tbsp olive oil2 cups of blueberries
Directions
Add all ingredients, excluding the blueberries, in a large measuring cup or mixing bowl and stir with a wisk. Heat your griddle to the required tempurature for pancakes. Scoop out a 1/3 cup of batter ( I used a1/3 measuring cup). Pour onto the pre-heated griddle. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of blueberries on top of batter. When ready, flip pancake. When cooked thouroughly, serve withy your choice of topping or eat plain. Yummy. A serving of this is 2 points on the Weight Watchers Momentum Plan.
