Peanut Butter Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 C. Smooth Peanut Butter1/4 C. Orange Juice3 T. Soy Sauce1/4 C. Water1 T. Sugar1/2 t. Ground ginger1/4 t. Garlic Powder2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
Directions
Mix everything but chicken in a bowl. Place chicken in crock pot and pour over peanut butter mixture. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
