Turkey Lasagne made with yogurt cheese

Ingredients
Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cup *yogurt cheese, made from Mountain High plain yogurt, 1 cup or 16 tbspMaple leaf prime extra lean ground Turkey, 425 gramsCatelli oven ready Lasagne noodles 6 noodles Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)Europe's Best Chef's spinach cubes ( per 1/2 cup), 0.25 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped *Oregano Dried (Complete Nutrition Data), 1 tsp *Basil Dried (Complete Nutrition Data), 1/2 tsp*Garlic, prepared chopped garlic (Canada Garlic Inc), 1 tsp*cracker barrel part skim mozzarella, 150 gram Water, tap, 1 cup tomato paste ( 1/8 cup) Olive oil ,2 tsp
Directions
Prepare pasta sauce by browning turkey, drain, then saute onion and peppers, add stewed tomato and spinach.
and the herbs and water.

Layer noodles with yogurt cheese and pasta sauce, top with Mozzarella and back in oven FOR 45 MIN TILL DONE.
cut into 8 portions , serve with green salad.
